Sticking to it

Summer isn't far off, if Melbourne's weather wants to co-operate that is. In the spirit of summer i've still been sticking to eating healthily as often as i can. Last night i was at the Italian film festival and had some alcohol and ice-cream which was naughty but it was complimentary so i wasn't going to say no :P 

Below I've posted some pictures of what I've been having for lunch and breakfast.

Top Left: Whole meal wrap with baby spinach, 2 whole scrambled eggs, avocado and some red onion. Top Right: Whole meal wrap with baby spinach, avocado, tomato and carrot. Bottom left: Rolled oats with strawberries, 1 kiwi and flax seeds. Bottom Right: Parfait with rolled oats, natural greek yogurt, strawberries, banana, flax seeds and crushed almonds.
